How to use

Combine 1 part of Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen Soup Base with 9 parts of hot water or the stock/broth of your preference.

(Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.)

Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen

INGREDIENTS

Somi Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen Soup Base – 1 oz.
Ramen Noodles – 1 Bunch
Cha-Shu (Roasted Sweet Pork) – 2-3 Slices
Green Onion – A small amount
Bamboo Shoots – A small amount

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Pour 1 oz. of Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen Soup Base and 9 oz. of hot water or stock/broth into a bowl.
Add boiled ramen noodles into the combined soup and stir.
Add toppings on top to your liking.
