Shio Ramen
INGREDIENTS
Noodles – 1 bunch
Cha-shu (roasted pork) -2,3 pieces
Vegetables – A small amount
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Add 8 parts of hot water to 1 part of soup stock for the noodles.
Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening

Tomato Ramen
INGREDIENTS
Noodles – 1 bunch (thick noodles recommended)
SOUP
Shio G – 1.5oz
Hot water – 12oz
Tomato puree – 3oz
Sugar – 1tbsp
TOPPINGS
Fried garlic – a pinch
Italian basil – a pinch
Shredded cheese – as desired
Chashu OR Porkbelly slice – as desired (for porkbelly, best if seared a bit first with salt & pepper)
