This authentic shoyu ramen soup base features a blend of traditionally brewed soy sauce with meat and vegetable soup.
How to use
Thin the ramen base by combining 1 part of this product with 9 parts hot water or broth.
SOMI FOODS Shoyu Ramen
Basic instructions for use (recipe)
Noodles – 1 bunch
Cha-shu (roasted pork) – 2-3 pieces
Green onions – A small amount
Bamboo shoots – A small amount
Pour 1 oz. of this product into a bowl along with 9 oz. of hot water or broth. Boil the noodles, place into the bowl, and add toppings to make the finished dish.
Add as desired
Naruto (fish cake)
Char Siu (Cooked Pork)
1 lb pork belly block
1/4 cup Shoyu Ramen Soup EX
1/4 cup sake
1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
Put water in a pot until it completely covers the pork meat.
Add garlic, ginger, and green onion and boil for 3 hours.
Pull out the meat and put it in a resealable bag with Shoyu Ramen Soup EX, sake, and honey/sugar.
Put it in the refrigerator over night (about 12 hours)
