Ninniku Shoyu Tare(Garlic Soy Sauce)
A soy tare sauce with a rich garlic flavor, made from a carefully balanced blend of freshly grated garlic, onion, and traditionally brewed soy sauce.
Add an amount of tare equivalent to approximately 15-20% of the volume of the other ingredients.
Basic instructions for use (recipe)

Deep Fried Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken leg – 10 oz
Garlic soy sauce – 1.5 oz
Corn starch – 1 cup
Oil – enough to deep fry
Cooking Directions
Cut the chicken legs in to bite size.Soak it in garlic soy sauce for 30 minutes dip the soaked chicken legs in to corn starch.Deep fry until cooked.
Add as desired

Half Boiled Flavored Egg
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 oz of Garlic Soy Sauce
re-sealable zipper storage bags
Cooking Directions
Boil water in a pot (Put decent amount of water so it covers the whole egg).
Put the eggs in the boiled water for about 61/2 to 7 minutes.
Transfer the eggs to ice cold water.
Peel the shell and marinate it in a re-sealable zipper storage bag with 2 oz of Garlic Soy Sauce.
Pull it out after 12 hours. The longer you marinate, the saltier it gets.
Add as desired

Garlic Fried Rice
Ingredients
7 oz cooked rice
cooking oil
1 egg
green onion
cha shu
1 oz Somi Ninniku Shoyu Tare (Garlic Soy Sauce)
Cooking Directions
Stir fry egg and rice.
Add cha shu, green onion, and garlic soy sauce

Chicken Wings
Ingredients
9 oz or 5 pieces of chicken wings
2 oz of Garlic Soy Sauce
1/2 oz of cooking oil
Cooking Directions
Marinate chicken wings in 2 oz of Garlic Soy Sauce for 10 minutes.
Cook the meat in a frying pan with 1/2 oz oil.
