Basic instructions for use (recipe)

curry ramen

CURRY RAMEN

INGREDIENTS

1 pack of noodles
1-2 slices of cha-shu
Desired vegetables
Shredded cheese (optional)

– Soup –

100g Somi Curry-G
30g Somi Tonkotsu or Miso ramen soup
270cc Hot water

Cooking Directions

Cut vegetables thinly for toppings.

Boil noodles.

Mix the Curry Sauce and with Tonkotsu or Miso ramen soup.

Top with your favorite toppings (Recommended: bean sprouts, tomato, bamboo shoots, spring onion, butter, corn, etc.)

PORK/CHICKEN CUTLET CURRY

INGREDIENTS

180g Somi Curry-G
200g rice
100g pork/chicken cutlet

COOKING DIRECTIONS

To serve, place the cutlet slice over the rice, then pour 180g Curry-G on half of the cutlet.

Optional:

Add cooked potatoes, carrots, meat, pickled radish etc. to the curry to customize the dish.

 

CURRY UDON

INGREDIENTS

200g Somi Curry-G
100cc water
20cc Somi Tsuyu

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Boil udon noodles.

Mix Curry-G, water, and Tsuyu in a bowl.

Add noodles and desired toppings (spring onion, pork/chicken/beef, carrots, etc.)
