Ponzu (Japanese citrus sauce) with Momiji Oroshi (grated daikon radish and red chili peppers). We are using Kyoto Traditional Daikon Radish “Shogoin Kabura”, Bonito, Konbu, and Citron in this product.
This elegant taste ponzu sauce could be use Japanese or Western foods.
How to use
Dipping any kind of foods. Such as hot pot, sashimi, steak, tofu, salad, etc…
