How to use

Combine 1 part of Somi Shoyu Ramen Soup Base with 9 parts of hot water or stock/broth of your preference.

Shoyu Ramen

INGREDIENTS

Noodles – 1 bunch
Cha-shu (roasted pork) – 2-3 pieces
Green onions
Bean sprouts
Bamboo shoots

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Pour 1.5 oz. of this product into a bowl along 14 oz. of hot water or broth.
Boil the noodles, place into the bowl, and add toppings to make the finishing dish.

INGREDIENTS

Yuzu peel
Yuzu oil – sparingly
Bean sprouts
